The staff was nice and the location is really easy to commute to Chicago Downtown from there and lots of restaurants near by the hotel too. It was okay overall.

Almost all staff was great. Only one person at the front desk was not helpful when I was waiting for assistance at the food area. Then more people came for food and the woman at the front desk said she had nothing to do with that area. Did not offer assistance.

Good for the cost. Clean. No breakfast at all but the room had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. Nice granite shower. Chair at the desk was torn up and tattered. Why? Overall, bc of the price I would stay there again. Just bring your own food for breakfast.

The room was super clean with nice thick linens and nice bedding. We asked for a room by the back entrance so my husband didn't have to walk far and they were happy to accommodate us.
