they changed our room to a bigger room with good view when I complain about room size and the color and they didn't charge us more. which I really appreciate and my we were happy about this. stuff were helpful and friendly. parking lot was available and free. location was good for me in terms of access because I was using a car. water pressure was good at the shower.
