I ended up at Peach Haven. Hostel, which great and so welcoming, the gave the best options for tours, told how to save money, what value for money. Showed the real Cebu and what was worth seeing and doing. help arrange a tout at last minute which was actually cheaper than the others. Everything. very clean, great kitchen facilities. I would base myself and do day tour, MoalBoal, Bohol, the waterfalls

traffic,, always a pain,, but great beaches a 20 minute taxi ride away, plenty of culture and history to explore, once you get over the desire to relax in your air conditioned room.
Ayala mall has nearly all of your dietry addictions, and never to busy at all times. the resturant @ tops of cebu, was for me the biggest dissapointment, great views but sadly mediocre food.

The hotel had one of their staff drive me around the city. The driver wasn't familiar with the sites we visited. The hotel collected the fee but never called a tour operator. I thought I was going to get a licensed and knowledgeable guide from a tour company., but that wasn't the case. The hotel lied and provided substandard service.

It's easy to get around the city with public transport (...
It's easy to get around the city with public transport (buses, jeepneys, taxis). One thing that disappointed us was about the beaches in Mactan/Lapu-Lapu area. We saw online that there were nice blue water/white sand beaches and resorts but they have all been privatized! By hotels and resorts. You have to pay to use their beach fronts. The costs range from Php400-4,000! Some of these costs also include using the hotel's swimming pool or eating from their buffet. But still...we just wanted to spend one or two hours by the beach but didn't know we had to pay like this. We found two public beaches for free access (eg. Maribago) but they were dirty :(

I had a simple activities since time is short, went to sto.Nino church for a mass ,had my reflexology, look for la Fortuna bakery buy ube hopia,we ate in CARBON ,was amazed so clean foods are cheap, enjoyed the jamming .Late night back to bai hotel ,roof top ordered some drinks listens to music, we also went to TABOAN to buy MANY PACKED BULAD…enjoyed your swimming pool ,sunset so nice.i wrote this in no particular order,i had a great time in my stay in cebu ❤️😘
The hotel is next to the SM Mall but for all attractions you need to take a cab (in Cebu city attractions are spread out so it applies to any hotel).
The hotel is impressive, rooms are comfortable size and well maintained.
Breakfast can blow your mind if you are a foodie and you need few days to enjoy all the menu items :)
Staff was attentive and helpful, wifi is strong
pool area is huge and beautiful
The staff is lovely. Location’s great, but would need taxi or Grab to get around. The hotel is not crowded, the swimming pool is lovely, as well as the gym, and you can get time to have them to yourself.
This is the best hotel we could find in Cebu City. We before booked a popular alternative, but the staff service was undesirable, unlike Citadines.
The hotel exceeded my expectations and felt luxurious for the affordable price. The staff were very friendly, the food in the main restaurant for dinner was nice. The rooftop pool is a great added bonus and they had towels available to use. So convenient for the airport. It's literally a 10 min taxi. The room was huge and the shower was excellent
I can see why Lex Hotel is the highest rated hotel in Cebu City. Great location, friendly staff, large clean rooms and the rooftop pool and bar with the view was stunning! Enjoyed seeing the sites like the temple of Leah and Sirao gardens. Island hopping was average but still enjoyed it thoroughly. Also night life was buzzing 😍
I truly appreciate that the owner of the unit provided almost complete appliances for their guests. They have a fridge where you can put your foods, cooking set for you to use when you make meals, e-stove, bread toaster, water heater, vacuum. The bed is soooo comfy. And of course, the nice view of Cebu City. 😍
The location is in the center of Cebu City - IT park, big malls like sm and ayala are very accessible. So are transportation - just few minutes walk. Safe and quiet. Good amenities and facilities - advertised as it is. Have own pool and gym, own fridge, washing machine, electric stove, cookingwares
The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late at night but had no problem with checking in. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well. We only spent one night in Cebu City and for that this hotel was an excellent choice.
It's my third time in this hotel and it never disappointed me. The staff were all accommodating and polite. It's comfortable, very accessible and affordable. I'll definitely go back whenever I have important matters to attend to in Cebu City.
I really like the location of this hotel, because it is right in the city center. Also I like that my room was on the top of the hotel, because this room on the roof and I had a beutiful view from balcony :)
Great place to stay! A good central location in Cebu city. Staff was helpful and prompt. The room was a nice size, comfortable bed, great AC, and the kitchenette was a bonus. Don't hesitate to book!
