Best stay in Peru! The accommodation is absolutely amazing, kindest and helpful staff, good location: calm street and close to historical center. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variation. The room was spacious and the bed is very comfy. There is also a central heating available. Very much recommended!

It was a very last minute booking so we appreciated that we could find somewhere to stay when we had to change accommodations unexpectedly one day at 9PM. The staff was accommodating and let us chose from the 2 remaining empty rooms they had. They also gave us a heater because the room took some time to get warm (they didn't expect to rent it out that night so the heating was off). The breakfast area is very nice, it has a lovely view and it's and open all day for coffee/tea and water.

Beautiful historic building, with a good location - close to the main square but in a quiet location. The staff are all very helpful. In particular we enjoyed the free pisco sour class with Roger (the hotel runs free activities everyday). They also have a baby alpaca in the terrace at breakfast time which was really cute. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

Wifi was excellent, smart tv. Big enough with wardrobes. No problem with the showers. They sell water in the reception for an acceptable price. Coca tea and other tisane available all time for free.
The person at the reception was nice. He can't speak English but communication was easy with the google translator. Can't expect help to book tours or buses but plenty of places around which does that.

I stayed at Quinta San Blass in Cusco for just two nights, but everything was wonderful. Initially, I was given a room with a very small window. I mentioned at the reception that I have claustrophobia and would like to change rooms. They handled it perfectly, quickly moving me to a room with a large window on a higher floor, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The breakfast was amazingly delicious, and my overall stay was delightful.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, they had everything we needed : free delicious teas at the reception, good fast laundry services and baggage storage. The staff was very polite, smiling and helpful.
