The room, but keycard wasn't working so couldn't go anywhere as we'd have to leave our room unlocked so we could get back into our room. Manager was great opening the door with her master keycard but she couldn't get another keycard till the morning staff came on shift

Cool country feeling with historical buildings and history, mixed with modern life. Luved the small shopping centre everything youd need. Elsies restaurant inside Tuakau Bar & Grill very welcoming with pool table n open fire great ambience - friendly happy people!

To arrive way before checked in time but you were allowed to go in, was so helpful. No millions of questions-was just straight forward procedures, save time and make you feel trustworthy.
