We had an unfortunate incident of the bathroom ceiling leaking. The first night the towels, toilet paper got wet. I reported this to reception. The second night we woke at 2am to water dripping and the whole ceiling was leaking and the bathroom flooded and the carpet all wet. we had to use all the towels to try and mop up the water. There was no emergency number that I could find to ring anyone
