Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Upea näkymä isoista ikkunoista järvelle ja vuorille. Kookas, kodikas, siisti huoneisto. Keittiönurkkauksessa pyykinpesutorni pesuaineineen. Sain matkavaatteet helposti pestyä ja kuivaksi. Maistuva buffet-aamiainen sisältyi hintaan. Loistava sijainti keskustassa. Olin aiemminkin yöpynyt tässä hotellissa ja mikäli jatkossa tarvitsen hotellia Queenstownissa, palaan tänne. Suosittelen.
