Lovely modern room. Very comfortable bed and duvet provided, which was essential for me, as some hotels don't provide warm bedding during summer months. Location was in Gzira, 15 mins bus drive away from Valetta, which was great, with plenty public transport available. Our room selected was with sea view, which overlooked the marina, and again this was pretty with small balcony. Breakfast was included, which was a full English buffet, and to be honest, this was nothing special and even on the bland side.
Hotel Kennedy Nova is located on the promenade in Gzira, a 10-minute walk from Sliema Bus Terminal and the beach. It offers various dining options and a seasonal rooftop pool.

Location, view from the room is amazing to Valletta and the port. All bus stops are nearby. Daily cleaning and nice housekeepers and receptionists. Our transfer was canceled accidentally but the reservation department helped us correctly.

We are a couple and we got a big room.
Located very closer of the main street from Gzira which is full of restaurants, bars.
We enjoyed almost everything. We had a coffee machine in the room and daily we were supplied with 2 coffee capsules, milk and sugar.
We stayed 4 days and daily the bin has cleaned and the bed folded.
We had spa and pool but we never been to them because we wanted to visit Malta.
115 The Strand Hotel and Suites offers self-catering apartments and hotel rooms on the Sliema waterfront at Marsamxett harbour, with spectacular views of Valletta. WiFi is free throughout.

The room was nice, the cleaning ladies were nice. People talked in english and there was an information service within the hotel for car rent etc. The breakfast was pretty good and should suffice for most people.

Handy for buses and taxis,
A bit hilly in places, for me a bit of a trek for my bad knees but take your time rest and carry on, nearby the promanade where there are restaurants, bars, pleasant walks etc.

I liked the location and the night shift staff help and friendliness.
But the day team is really bad and do not do their job properly.
They do not give the same facilities they show you on website and online.
Water flow is really bad for all the showers and taps when you come back from a long beach day!!
although paid for the swimming pool facility they do not offer you the pool asking extra money for the family.
Very bad comparing to price we have paid.

It's easy to reach other locations from Gzira by bus or ferry. City itself is not super beautiful, it has a nice coast but architecture-wise it's a lot of everything but other cities were way more beautiful. But the positive side of this is that it's cheaper to stay there as in other areas.

Il-Gżira charms visitors with its scenic waterfront...
Il-Gżira charms visitors with its scenic waterfront promenade, The Strand, offering stunning views of Marsamxett Harbour. Independence Gardens provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban bustle, while Duck Village adds a quirky touch appreciated by nature lovers.
Getting around Il-Gżira is convenient thanks to its compact size and accessible transportation options. Walking is ideal for exploring local attractions, while public buses and taxis offer easy access to neighboring areas and tourist spots.
While Il-Gżira has much to offer, visitors should be mindful of crowded areas along The Strand, especially during peak tourist seasons. Exercise caution against pickpocketing in crowded spots and avoid swimming in unauthorized areas for safety reasons.

Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, grocery stores,...
Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, very walkable. Busses are a few blocks away and there is street parking if you can find it but I’d not choose to drive. Easy to get to Valletta, much more difficult to get to the ferry to Gozo. Go to Mdena, it’s amazing. Wander round Valletta. Stay longer than you think as there is lots to see and do. Great country! Ali Baba is a great Lebanese restaurant in the hood. Lunch at Grain, a Michelin Bib, is an excellent value and a terrific meal.
Super nice employees. We were greeted at breakfast by the hotel manager, asked so many times if we need anything, if we do enjoy our stay
Breakfast was divers and full of option for every taste
Very quiet surrounding, but the elevator was talking (naming the floors) and since we were next to it, we can hear it. But other that this, it was so quiet, that during the mornings we can hear the roosters from a near by garden (we were at level 13).
We liked that the sheets, cutlery, towels and the bathroom were pretty clean and that the kitchen had a couple of nice facilities that we could use: the oven, the Coffee Machine, the water boiler, the fridge. All facilities were functioning very well, inclunding the air conditioning that is an absolutely must in the high temperatures of Malta's August.
The location was as well a very good one and we were pleased with it.
Hotel is part of groups NEU Collective and there is a lot of content. You can use pool on the roof, pool near the sea, spa… Everything is great and rooms was very clean every day. Location is great, very close to Valletta and St. Julians where is very popular for young people. Next time when I will visit Malta, I will booking same hotel!
Apartment was great for our month long stay. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms where comfortable with lots or storage and there was good washing facilities. Would recommend this for a great stay in Malta. There is great access to Gzira, Sliema and therefore pretty much anywhere by boat, so an excellent place to see lots of Malta.
We had a great time on Urban Isle hotel during our summer vacation at Malta. We would like to do a special mention for the man who was responsible for the breakfast, Mr. Paul who was undoubtedly the best person we met there. Always cheerful, with a strong will to help.
Hi Guys i have stayed in St Hotels many times always very good here in Malta but its like Travel lodge style like uk but good price and clean , and there staff are a Credit to the Company its not the Hilton but its very good indeed and clean
The perfect place to stay in Malta! The apartment has everything you want! Just in front of the apartment is the bus station that goes to Valletta. 5 minutes to see side were you can find bars, restaurants etc. I really recommend the place!
I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Everything was very well thought out for a wonderful holiday, Adrian was very attentive and gave a lot of tips on spending time in Malta. I sincerely recommend QLiving Central New Apartment
Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel and value for money!!! Hotel was close to restaurants, mini markets and to the port. If I would travel to Malta again I would definitely stay at this hotel with pleasure.
the staff are friendly, the bed is big, the space is clean and big and modern and the pool is amazing! they even had usb plugs for those of us that forgot malta has british chargers, not EU ones!
the azur had the perfect location for our trip to malta. the hotel was very clean and the maid did a great job cleaning up our room everyday. the free breakfast was a plus!
roof top with superlative view , swimming pool in front of the hotel is a very nice structure, very clean hotel and helpful staff ,excellent position to visit Malta
The building as a whole was odd, however the room itself was good. Spacious, clean, had a blow dryer, iron and a safe. The hotel restaurant - Grana - was great!
