Excellent amenities as listed, great ambience & views of the sea, friendly staff. The in-house restaurant serves excellent food and they even packed us breakfast since we checked out early.

Do not be disappointed upon arrival. While the Azimut may seem just a bit outdated from the outside, the inside is very nice, with rooms appearing to have been renovated recently. The bathroom was actually the nicest in our weeklong trip to Montenegro. Teh room, with a queen size bed and comfy bedding were very cozy. A well-stocked minibar is available. A quiet AC is available. And the view??? Just see the pictures... from an early morning sunshine over Stevi Stefan, to a great sunset, that is just amazing. We reserved a parking spot and were able to park next to the hotel front door. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was also great. With the low season underway there was no buffet, but many options are brought to the table). Walking to the beach takes just a few minutes.

Sveti Stefan is pretty boring place. On daytime it is ok with nice beaches and view, but without lot of caffes or restaurants, especially in the evening when you don't have too much places to go. However Budva is 10-15 minutes of driving.

The views and sunsets are amazing.
The views and sunsets are amazing.
Some lovely restaurants in Sventi Stefan itself, and a lovely pebbly beach but if you are not staying in the town you do require a car to get around as there are no pavements linking one town to the next and it's a very busy, main road. It is easy to travel by car to other nearby towns and there is a good variety of different beaches to see.

The owner of the property was incredible.
The owner of the property was incredible. She was so nice and hospitable. She gave us great recommendations for places to eat. She offered beach towels and even an umbrella we could use while we were there. The breakfast that is included is at a nearby cafe and was delicious. The view from the patio is breathtaking and the beach is a 10 minute walk, it is stairs though and that was a little tiring, but worth it. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. I would definitely stay here again.

There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan.
There is a big beautiful beach in Sveti Stefan. You can enjoy the view of the island. Admittedly, there are a lot of people here during the season, so we often rested on neighboring beaches, where there are fewer vacationers

We arrived late and departed early the next morning, so we didn't get the opportunity to really explore this area. We visited in anticipation of stunning scenery and were not disappointed in what little or schedule permitted.

Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area.
Great place, beautiful beach. Many restaurants in the area. I had an amazing time, especially in september when it was less crowded. You have a bus to move arround and it is close to Budva and Kotor wich are verry beautiful towns.
We had a room with an amazing view of the Sveti Stefan island. The room was worth the price just for that. The balcony had 2 comfortable chairs from which to watch the sunset. We had not expected the room to be so nicely decorated or to have a seating area with lots of space. The shower was good, as was the size of the fridge. Breakfast was good. except for the coffee. We enjoyed the Montenegrin food. The breakfast room has some lovely views too. The local bus stops, in both directions, are just outside the hotel, which was very convenient.
We had an excellent stay at Sunset beach apartments. The host gave good directions and the apartment is clean and tidy. The view is unbelievable and I think you’d struggle to find a better location in Sveti Stefan. The beach is literally down the steps from the balcony which is a perfect setting to watch the sun go down. There is a restaurant on the beach called Amadeus around 30-40m from the apartment which is quite basic, but the people are friendly, the food is excellent, inexpensive and the view is amazing.
I really liked the location of the apartment - there are 2 shops and several restaurants nearby, and you can reach the beach on foot in 10 minutes. I want to personally thank Antonella and Rada for their hospitality and assistance throughout our stay in Sveti Stefan. Often, we felt as if we had come on vacation not to the apartment owners, but to relatives. Also, it's worth noting that we had access to a veranda on the first floor, which we enjoyed using for breakfasts and dinners.
The host is super friendly and helpful, the apartment has a phenomenal view of the ocean with less than 10 minutes to the beach and five minutes to restaurants and shops. There is also a pool, which is perfect when you want a refreshing swim, but don’t feel like braving the stairs to the beach. :-) The property’s location is just off the main road making it very accessible by car with parking right out front. Would recommend for anyone wanting to relax in Sveti Stefan!
I rate the hotel service positively - the staff at the breakfast shift in the restaurant and the boys from the sun loungers were the nicest. A plus for the gentleman from the reception who has a pro-client approach. The location of the hotel is great, although there are no restaurants at all in the area and there is absolutely nothing to do. Next to it are burgers and a pizza place that closes early (2 types of pizza on the menu).
Very nice apartment. Comfortable, clean, and very modern. Great location only a 5 min walk to Przno beach, market, and restaurants. Stay out of the craziness of Becici but still only a short drive away. Marko was wonderful and very helpful. When our bud was delayed getting into Budva, he even came to pick us up. I 100%recommend a stay here!
Great value for money, the rooms were very well equipped. There was a fridge, crockery, toiletries, beach towels and even a beach umbrella. The view from the room overlooking Sveti Stefan was really stunning. The room and premises were extremely clean and the apartment and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful.
Location of Villa Garden was excellent, super views, nice and quiet, great beaches only minutes away, private parking at the building. Staff was very friendly and available at all times. There is also an amazing local restaurant short walk away from the property with the freshest seafood.
Nice private hotel with fantastic view of Sveti Stefan. Open to visitors in 2019 and in good shape. Nice and clean air conditioned rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean beach. Fresh and crystal clear water. Can't go wrong with anything that is seafood and white wine.
the room was clean and it got cleaned every day, including fresh towels.
there is a supermarket in the area and several restaurants (I personally recommend Drogo restaurant - good food, fast service, daily menu and incredible internet).
Beach and view was awesome.
Great location. Wonderful beach. Amazing views. Very king welcome from helpful host (property keeper). Great apartment overlooking Sveti Stefan with private beautiful beach and only 50 meters away from a very good restaurant (Amadeus) that also delivers to the room.
The hotel location is very convenient, about 10-20 min walk from the best beaches in Sveti Stefan. Lovely staff, clean room, great views, big terrace. Nice restaurants nearby. Optional Breakfast at a neighbor cafe, quite lovely, English style breakfast foe 5 eur.
Great, easy-to-find location. The host, Marijana was friendly and helpful. We loved the large balcony which had a great view of the island and the Adriatic. There are restaurants nearby and a small grocery store right next door. Perfect for families.
Luxury apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach , walking trails, restaurants and markets. Our hosts were so sweet and helpful to giving us tips on where to go.
The receptionist blonde girl was exceptionally polite, making the checkout process really smooth. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, with the waiter being very courteous and always ready to help even with the luggage.
The location and the view were undeniable. Also the beach was incredibly clear and rubbish free, which is more than can be said for the beach by the island. The staff in the restaurant attached to the apartments were amazing.
Host was very friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better. Great restaurants within a few minutes. We liked the Olive restaurant for breakfast with a view and Konoba More for dinner.
We loved the location, the views are spectacular. Close to the beach, market and restaurant.
The room was ok, pretty big sized and we also enjoyed that we had a balcony.
