In the light of day, the place looked fine, and I suppose it'll be nice for summer travelers given its proximity to the sea. The hotel manager was also much nicer to us the next day.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuine.
No pretense here. The location was perfect to explore this beautiful seaside town. Rooms were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the bar to grab snacks, lunch, and caffe. The beach and water were beautiful. Very smooth rocky beach. Complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail. Fantastic place and people!
Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . They even brought us to the airport at the end of our stay at a very reasonable price, stay here if you can and get the terrace room for a fantastic holiday !GerardJordan - 10Scored 10

The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. Special thanks to the manager Enzo so polite and pleasant person, we have never seen such a person in the hotel industry, as if he was an old friend with whom we have known for many years. Beautiful view from the room, delicious breakfast with sea view, first line! Friendly and polite staff, room cleaning daily and quality. Own beach with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, in the room there is a safe and mini-kitchen. You can feel the local flavor, a lot of Italians come here to relax and it's cool.
