Nothing. How can we tell. You did not respond to us. There was no attempt to reduce the stress and fees even with adequate notice before hand. You have failed to communicate with us about any of the circumstances regarding the booking.

Reasonable business hotel near the highway near Parma. Very easy to reach. Breakfast buffet with ample choice. Staff handled rowdy people next door in the middle of the night well, got them to quiet down until morning.

I've never stayed in a "palace" with such high ceilings and massive windows and space in the room and bathroom. It feels like being in a palace. The huge shower had amazing water pressure and was as big as the bedroom. They kindly upgraded us to a junior suite that was warmer than the room we had booked when a cold snap hit Parma. The staff was wonderful, especially the ladies.
