I travel frequently and do not typically give reviews. Extremely nice facility and great location for making visits to nearby attactions (we visited concentration camp at Fossili). The owner extremely friendly, NOT condescending (important to me), and truely seemed like a nice chap. Hope he keeps his prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

Perfect if looking for just overnight stay near autostrada.
Perfect if looking for just overnight stay near autostrada. Accomodation is a country villa in the middle of fields away from town. Lovely typical grand villa in big garden. Ideal for travelling with dog. Friendly host and comfortable room. A bit difficult to find location and to gain entry as there is no advertising the place, just a normal set of bells to ring outside a big gate. Worth persisting as the stay was perfect - once found. Saw nothing of Carpi as such as villa located outside of gown near autostrada.

The problem with Italy is you cannot spend enough time there. We stayed in Capri so I could play at Ferrari. As always, and it becomes so redundant that it almost sounds cliche, but the wine, the food, the architecture. It is the dream of anyone wanting to write, play music, draw, paint or let loose in photography. Just to walk the streets was inspirational. We stayed at the Hotel Touring, and with the exception of parking, it was incredible. But i am not there for the hotel...
