Clean room, clean toilet, geyser, ac, fan, tv everything at a very reasonable price. They have PGs on their top floors so they have homely food on their terrace pantry which you can choose to buy. They have a nice common area, where carrom, chess etc are available for you to play. Apart from regular thali, their pakodas, Gobi chlly were very good. We extended our stay here one more day. Location is also good, inside the sector1 residential model town (RMT). Its walkable from main road.
