Marina and her daughter, Ariana, were wonderful hosts. We were greeted by Ariana who was welcoming and shared information with us. The apartment is large, with a well equipped kitchen, and nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was within easy walking distance to the town and ferry. After leaving we realized that an item had been left in the apartment. Marina did an amazing job of solving the problem and reuniting it with us. Thank you both for an amazing experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mili Apartment, and the experience was truly memorable. There were several aspects that made my stay delightful and contributed to the overall positive impression of this accommodation.
First and foremost, the location was absolutely superb. The apartment was situated in the heart of Vela Luka. Waking up to such a picturesque setting each morning was a highlight of my stay, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
The interior of the apartment was great. The attention to detail in decorating the space made it not only aesthetically pleasing but also cozy and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Everything exceeded my expectations.
The owner of the apartment was very polite and the check-in was made as simple as possible.
I hope I will come here again soon but during summer.

Ambrose apartment was located on a quiet side street just steps from the Main Street, walking distance to restaurants, shops and ferry.
The upstairs apartment has a lovely terrace with shade. 2 air conditioners keep the apartment cool. Enclosed yard kept our bicycles safe. Kitchen well equipped, also a washing machine. Squeaky clean and comfortable! We would return!

Vela Luka is an ex-industrial town on Korčula island.
Vela Luka is an ex-industrial town on Korčula island. It is not as historic as the old town of Korčula (although there is an archaeological site from the Neolithic). It is more down to earth and does not try to be as upscale as the old town of Korčula which only strives for upscale tourists now. But Vela Luka is still close to super beaches and has shops and bars, that are much more pocket friendly than the old town of Korčula. Take a boat to nearby Proizd island or a taxi boat to the main beach. ... you will not be disappointed.CimoliniSlovenia - 10Scored 10

Wasn't as lively as some other places I've visited in Croatia/felt a little like it has fallen on hard times, but we still really loved the community atmosphere. Its very different to Korcula town, it has great places to swim within walking distance of the town, has good value restaurants and accommodation, its not yet spoilt, lovely to mix with locals as seems to have more local holiday makers than overseas ones. Good cycling but not many places to refuel on hot days - so be warned, carry plenty of water with you! Don't expect pretty narrow streets and hustle and bustle - ( like in Hvar, Trogir and Korcula old town) but do expect a nice chilled time for a very reasonable price with welcoming locals.NashieUnited Kingdom - 4.0Scored 4.0

Better places in Croatia to go.The restaurants are very expensive ,compared to Korcula Town.Passed through some very nice villages on bus getting to Vela Luka All in all had a good holiday,but felt a little disappoint with the island.Did not have the feel of the Croatia ,that I like.

Great location for grabbing a water taxi into town where you’ll find restaurants, groceries, caffe/bars and anything else you want. There is a tortoise sanctuary in the yard - our kids loved this! But perhaps the best part of our stay were the hosts - it felt like we had met long-lost friends. She showed us which places we should visit since this is our first time in Vela Luka. The accommodation is very close to the center, about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment contains everything you need and is very clean and tidy. We especially liked the interior and the large garden with a barbecue. You can snorkel, catch fish, octopus in the bay and around and explore the area with a sea kayak or a boat. The house/apartment is big and equipped. There are two terraces with shadow with wonderful view to the bay, one with barbecue facilities. There is always a little breeze/wind that ease the hot. The host is superkind, cared about us, despite finding a commonly spoken language.
