This hotel is new dimension of tourism really! We felt like we were home.
The communication before arrival was excellent and Jovica was already waiting for us and he drove us to the hotel and we made instant friends!
Complete staff on the reception and at the cocktail bar was very kind and friendly and until the end of our stay we felt like we are friends for a long time! :)
Rooms are so stylish, modern, clean and the location is in the old town.
I loved the interior design of the hotel - luxurious with vintage details in old town of Rovinj :)
You must not miss their cocktails (the orange one with the dry orange on top - I forgot the name of the cocktail) and also gin tonic, they have a wide range of spices they make by themselves.
Also they serve gluten free breakfast (they have separated toaster for gluten free bread) which was lovely since I am celiac.
We went for work so they really helped us a lot with some locations for photo shooting in Rovinj, also they recommended great restaurant for dinner.
Thanks to them this was one of our best trips ever and I think we loved everything about Rovinj because of them!
This was one of the best hotels I ever visited when speaking about atmosphere, interior design, location, staff, everything is 10/10!

We liked very much the old town streets, the sunset views and walking by the seaside. But the restaurants and shops are too touristy. They don’t have personality. We would have like to eat some typical food, but there were non.

Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian.
Rovinj is a wonderful and unique city in the Mediterranian. Though we have visited Rovinj at wintertime the weather was fantastic and the city itself was lively though basicly we could meet basicly with locals, who were so kind to us by the way.
You can really enjoy the old city part, which is uniqe and a must see location! There are nothing in a far distant so if You travel there by car you can put that down and you can discover marvellous locations.
There are local shops in the downtown but the supermarkets are also not far away! There is a recreational area situated south from the old city which is also a must visit place and you can enjoy the beach area there also. The city and its neighbourhood is ideal for families, seniors, and companies as well and I highly recommend to see that for everyone!

Hotel Grand Park - Bathroom adjustable mirror too high up, could not see in it. Safe too high to reach or see in it.
Plants outside balcony on 2nd floor rooms spoiled view, they had apparently cost a fortune but were a mess, not tended and grown too high.
Top rail on edge of property, ie room balcony and restaurant, was in direct line of vision when seated so interrupted view. Hotel should have a re-think about this. Maybe flowers would be nice with an irrigation system, would greatly enhance the ambience

Vibrant town with a lot of activities, breathtaking beaches and time to relax and spend time with loved ones.
No clubs or loud noise, and the town dies down at around 11pm or midnight. You can not make a mistake with food - anywhere you go, you will have a tasty meal. Opt for "pljukanci" - traditional Istrian pasta - whenever it is on the menu.
The apartment was superb. In the city center of the old town of Rovinj, close to the shops, restoraunts and beaches! The enterier was amazing! I travel a lot and this was the cleanest place I have ever been to!You are in i 5 star hotel, just much better, cause you get your service (superb breakfast) at your own room, while you still have your pijamas on!Parking at the nearby! The host of the apartment,Ms Mira, an extraordinary women who knows how to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.I would highly recommened this place!
Amazing staff and wonderful property. We loved the breakfast and drinks provided. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool but our time there was limited. The owner was super friendly and always checked to make sure the stay was a good one. The home was not far from the city of Rovinj. There was a small hill but honestly the walk wasn’t a problem. If you take a taxi to the hotel from the city, it was about €6. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return for a longer stay.
We rested at Maistra Select Amarin Resort with family for 10 days in early September. The large two-story room had everything you need: two bedrooms, a kitchen with a large living room with a full set of dishes and kitchen equipment. The room was clean and towels changed daily. The great advantage of the hotel are a huge area, large beaches - open and in pine trees, a large warm bay, a great view of the Rovinj. Perhaps this is one of the best options in Croatia.
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel as part of a 15-day trip through Croatia. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated to give the quintessential view of old town Rovinj. Stunning! And getting to the historic center of town is a breeze, a short, flat walk along the waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even sent a taxi to meet us at the bus station after I told them our ferry from Venice was canceled and we were coming late by bus.
We had great holidays there with friends and family. Although there were many guests, the islands as well as the hotel itself were big enough that it never felt overcrowded there. The prices are quite fair and the rooms are minimalistic but good enough and clean.
Our highlights were the great variety of bars and restaurants with slightly different styles, the natural ambient in the small forrests and on the beaches and the very kind staff 👍
All was fine, very good. Property is good value for money you pay. Location is very convenient, close walking distance to the beach and old town. Stuff is nice, paid attention to all our requests. Parking is included. There is a pool in front. breakfast was delicious. Everything is clean and epidemiological Covid 19 measures were on place. Warm recommendation to this place, Rovinj and Croatia overall.
Very good check-in and check-out procedure with valet parking service. Large contemporary practical rooms with excellent sleeping comfort, beautiful bathroom and unique views of the old town of Rovinj. Great breakfast (buffet style) in the main restaurant with many options and good quality. Attractive beach set up on Katarina island (free boat shuttle, sun loungers, bar and restaurant available).
Very nice hosts. They were in touch all the time, helped with everything necessary. Maria is a very friendly and kind woman. The apartment is spacious, two bathrooms, one small and one large balcony. We had enough dishes and equipment. A good option for a large family or company. About 15-20 minutes to the old town, 13-15 minutes to the beach. We recommend.
The apartment is lovely, very clean, well equiped, and the most important it has beautiful terrace with garden view just perfect for a morning coffee. The App is in quiet street,10min walking to the Old Town, ideal for resting after keeping up with the beaches all over the Rovinj area.
The hosts, Branko and Majda are lovery and very helpful.
lovely hotel in great location in the old town. Breakfast was amazing with different speciality local foods every day, and home made cake. Carmen who served breakfast and made cake deserves special mention for being so welcoming and encouraging us to try her Istrian specialities.
Villa Dobravac is perfectly located in Rovinj. It was a short walk to the City Center. The views out of our room were magnificent. We looked over the City and into the ocean. The hotel was very modern and the staff friendly. We would come back again!!
The place was just what I was looking for, clean, elegant and the best part is ,,close to beach and all the restaurants in old town of Rovinj..
They welcome me to their home and treated me like family, thank you all so much and I’ll see you soon .
it is not typical boutique hotel but that is it’s advantage. It’s modest, minimalist and functional. Very clean, well thought through. Best shower in Croatia. Exceptionally good breakfast. Caring and attentive staff especially receptionist.
Amazing property on the island overlooking Rovinji old town. Very friendly and professional crew always supportive. 5 minites bout ride to the old town. Beautiful hidden beaches and park on the Island. We didn't want to leave.
Very spacious apartments with nice size balconies. Free secure parking.
Great location. Only a 15 minute walk to old town Rovinj or to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Definitely the best hotel in Croatia. The building itself is majestic. Splendid view on the Old Town. Staff was very friendly and professional, especially girl Kristina at lobby bar
Great location in Rovinj. On the sea in old town and on the ‘quiet’ side. Beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to restaurants, shop, beach and church. Just be prepared for steps.
