The location is perfect, and we managed to park right outside on several occasions. The bar, restaurant, and staff all first class. Special shout out to Molly and Sharon! Whilst the bedrooms are a little small, the view over the harbour makes up for it. Fabulous breakfast, too. We loved Tobermory and the whole island. There are so many places to visit and stunning scenery. This hotel is the perfect base, and we have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you 😊

Our stay on the Isle of Mull was made special by having the opportunity to book an entire apartment which was located in the famous colored houses of Tobermory. It was a two level apartment with bedroom and bath downstairs the kitchen and living room were upstairs. It was self-catered; but, the full kitchen with washing machine made it feel like home. We had no problem parking on the street which was at no cost. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering it was in the largest city on the Isle of Mull. The local store was close for supplies, there was several places to eat within easy walking distance and it was a good central location to see all of the Isle of Mull from. The stay was across the street from the town pier and clock tower. There shops along the main road to visit and buy souvenirs. A deposit is required. The cost is higher than some in the area; but, it would be considered to be an extravagant place to stay.

Attractive quiet town with a very pretty and clean sea front, the subject of many photographs. There is a lovely footpath from the seafront to the lighthouse, with wild garlic and bluebells on either side. Café Fish delicious but pricey. Do book in advance as it gets very booked up. The museum and shops are quite interesting but we felt we didn't want to spend longer than a night there. We loved the quietness, changing light, clear sea and very pleasant local people. If you stay on the ridge above the main street it is a steep hill to get back to your accommodation, so beware!

I was there for work so only for one night, but I will go back for a short break. The area is colourful and again I was lucky with the weather, the sun was shining and there were paddle boarders out in the water and kids on the small beach. The people are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The local produce is fantastic so make sure you try some of the smaller cafes and stores for bread, pastries etc. There is quite a few restaurants so again try them.

As it was out of season, it was delightful, wouldn't want to go during high season, roads are very narrow, although there are plenty of passing places, which some visitors seem to ignore. Lovely island with amazing wildlife, worth a visit.

So much to do, visiting Tobermory Cheese Farm on Friday afternoon, Tobermoray Beach and Aros Park one day and Calgary Beach the next. Then Monday am an hour boat trip to learn about the local wildlife and history, followed by learning about whales in the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust shop where really knowledgeable helpers chatted about all things bones, teeth, shared books and showed lovely interest in our kids' interests. Going at Easter was perfect as it wasn't too busy and we were very lucky with the weather. Great base to explore Mull. I found driving around the island takes a lot of concentration!
A newly opened guest house, and what a brilliant place. John and Robert were really welcoming and the house was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Loads of advice on what to do on Mull and where to eat in Tobermory. We had a beautiful room with great sea views and the breakfast was excellent too. We were sad to leave however we had a really memorable time here.
Good location on the main road between Tobermory and Craignure, without being noisy. Clean overall. Fully equipped kitchen and a spacious common room. Our room was large with five beds (we needed only three) and a fully equipped if very small sanitary cell (other rooms only have a sink, and showers and toilets are shared). Great views over the Sound of Mull
Lynn’s flat was absolutely lovely - it was the perfect base for enjoying Tobermory and the beautiful Isle of Mull. The flat was immaculately clean and incredibly cosy, perfect for us and our two young boys. We had a really great stay there, and Lynn was the absolute perfect host - extremely friendly, kind, and informative. We look forward to going back.
The Tobermory was an adorable hotel with a great bar/restaurant below. Our room was small but clean and cozy. We did feel like the staff weren't very welcoming, or like we were in their way somehow, but the friendliness of the other bar patrons made up for that atmosphere. The food was good and our stay overall was nice.
Wonderfully furnished room with many extras that you never see in hotels. Furnished as a B&B without those pesky people who actually live there. The only staff is a friendly hard-working cleaning lady who magically appears each morning. Very well-stocked mini-bar and a complete honor bar in the lounge.
Very welcoming hosts and clean and comfortable place to stay. The continental breakfast was fabulous. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits which is always welcome. A lovely location too! Tobermory and the Isle of Mull are just simply beautiful.
The location is second to none. The hotel is situated on the harbour with the colourful iconic Tobermory buildings around you, and the distillery within 30 seconds walk. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a whisky in the quintessential Highland bar.
Lewis and Sophie are excellent hosts, welcoming and professional. The hotel is ideally placed on the harbour front. The hotel was spotlessly clean, modern and everything in working order. The inhabitants of Mull are friendly, very tolerant and gentle
The breakfast was amazing, John carefully sourced out the very best of local farm fare. The B&B was within an easy walk of all the town had to offer. The room and en-suite were like being at home but better because we were on an island in Scotland.
Gorgeous lounge with fab views, dining room also. Nice atmosphere and comfortable beds. Old hotel with charm . Lovely menu for evening meals ( make sure to book here or one of other good local places… mishnish, cafe fish or the galleon)
breakfast was amazing, views were amazing, location was close to Tobermory, beautiful room and beautiful bath, lovely owners, great scotch, and close to a beautiful park
they sent me the sweater that I forgot which was nice
Kirk Cottage was the perfect stay on the Isle of Mull. The rooms are beautiful and immaculately kept, giving the feeling of a spa. The breakfast is delicious. Best of all Graham is so welcoming, a charming host.
The location was great; near Tobermory and right on the side of the road. The views from the hotel were beautiful as well. The bulletin board with flyers for tours and wildlife sighting was an added bonus!
Great place to stay in Tobermory, excellent value for money. Hosts were so nice, breakfast was amazing, rooms comfortable. Ideal as a base for exploring Isle of Mull. Would recommend to anyone.
Rooms were clean and warm and staff very pleasant and location good if able bodied. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill and although a short walk from Tobermory harbour it’s all uphill.
Being in Tobermory was spectacular. It is definately a one of a kind spot. HarbourView B&B was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
Great breakfast. Comfortable room with coffee making facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good menu in the restaurant and excellent food at very reasonable prices
