We had some issues upon arrival with a failed payment due to the payment being taken from our card by Booking.com at an unexpected time. This was absolutely no fault of the hotel or staff, however they immediately took it upon themselves to do all they could to resolve the situation for us.
One staff member in particular, Naz, was absolutely brilliant. She checked all of their systems thoroughly for the payment and advised us on the best process, allowed us to go up to the room so we could contact Booking.com customer service in peace before we had actually paid, and got everything resolved for us quickly! We go to UKGE at the NEC every year and this is definitely now the only hotel for us each and every year.

Nothing was too much trouble for the host, good breakfast.
Nothing was too much trouble for the host, good breakfast. The decor is a bit dated, could do with a spruce up but didn't spoil our stay. The pillows too hard for me but that's just personal preference. Good price, just right for a one or two night stay.
