All the staff were very good, on reception, Melania, She very kindly sorted out a problem I had, gave me a different room due the noisey Monster Energy drink staff who thought it was OK to come back to the hotel full of drink and being disrespectful to the other guests by shouting, laughing and being loud at 1.30 in the morning in the corridors and pretty much ruined my trip with lack of sleep.
