Recently renovated with great attention to details in Scottish style. Very clean, but dog friendly. Old cow shed made into their beautiful Indian restaurant (Emily’s byre). Nice upstairs room in a Victorian style with all the amenities of a 5* accommodation.

After booking the room I realised that my travel schedule would have us arriving at the property very late at night. I advised the owners-Sharon and Alan-expecting it to be a problem for them but they were so accommodating, particularly as our expected arrival time changed a few times, and they kept in contact with us throughout.
The B&B is a beautiful old Croft house set in stunning surroundings, which has been renovated to a very high standard. Our room was beautifully decorated in a modern contemporary style and spotlessly clean, they’d even put in little touches like a jug to make it easier to fill the kettle, a pot of cotton wool/cotton buds, and a coat/shoe rack, all very handy! Despite our late arrival Sharon met us and was so friendly, asking about our journey and making sure we had everything we needed in the room, she even gave us a flask of fresh milk for our tea! The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit/cereals and a great cooked breakfast specifically selected from a list Sharon had already emailed to us before we arrived, all very efficient! The breakfast room was a lovely sunny room with a view of the countryside, they also had a bird feeder on the window with frequent visitors which was lovely to observe, making for a very relaxing and pleasant start to the day.
They have plenty of parking spaces and a covered smoking area outside for those who need it.
Sharon and Alan are the nicest hosts I’ve ever come across, so friendly and welcoming, they really engaged with us, and took time to chat with us despite being busy, I was actually disappointed that I could only stay for one night, I would love to have stayed for a week! Thank you so much Sharon and Alan, f I ever visit the area again I will definitely book to stay with you again. 😁

Due to rain and travel all day there was no consistent network coverage and we had missed informing the property that we would reach the place later than 8PM which was the intimated last check in time. Fortunately the property manager was able to accommodate us and came in person to hand over the keys and show us around. Truly appreciate the gesture. The property itself is a beautiful place to spend time with ponies and a donkey. We even spotted a family of deer. There was everything in the property to feel at home, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery, TV unit, sofas, comfortable beds, dining table, cupboards, wardrobes, drawers and more. Very well kept. A serene and scenic place, we had a lovely time. Internet access was mentioned as not available in the facilities on booking.com but it was available in the property which was a perk.

A friendly welcome on arrival. Hotel located across the road from a beautiful loch with a small pebble beach - good for a stroll, otherwise a walk is a few minutes drive away. Charming decoration in bedrooms, very comfortable bed, lovely hot water & good shower. Dinner in the hotel was delicious. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Accommodation was perfect after a long days hike on the Great Glen Way, A few steps off the Way and your there. Log burner was great addition keeping you snug and warm. Great design of Bothies.
Very nice stay at Ardgarry Farm. Kevin went beyond to offer the best possible stay for me and even helped me booking a restaurant for the first night. Very very well kept property and rooms with a top notch quality furnitures and amenities. Place is super clean and I would highly recommend for not only single visitors but couples and families as well! I will definitely be back with my wife and boys in near future.

It is in a great spot to explore the highlands.
It is in a great spot to explore the highlands. We would have liked to see Inverness and Culloden, but we had to weigh that against seeing Skye. In retrospect, I think Culloden would have been a better choice. The area around Invergarry on the way to Skye was gorgeous and we enjoyed it more than Skye itself and would have liked to see more.
Be sure to get groceries for your stay in one of the larger towns like Fort William or Inverness or towards Skye, because there was not a convenient store near Invergarry that we could find. The one that Google Maps says is a supermarket in Fort Augustus at the bottom of Loch Ness was not a supermarket and had very little for meal prep, although it did have a small selection of milk, bread, and wine. It was a very touristy area near Loch Ness, but Invergarry was more authentic.
We saw several deer and rabbits on our walks, and the plants and countryside reminded us of parts of Oregon and Washington State.

Beautiful scenery.
We had travelled from a week up in the Cairngorms and Invergarry provided a very pleasant contrast of Lochs and glens

Parking was just outside the rooms.
Parking was just outside the rooms. Great generously breakfast which was nicely presented.
Rooms clean and cosy although the couch could have been bigger if the room was larger.
Bed comfortable except for the need to be conscious about the side attic shaped ceiling when getting out of the bed. Stairs needed a railing on the upper section for safety purposes.

Proper Scotland.
Proper Scotland. Remote, beautiful, quiet....a perfect place to stop and let the world go by!! Highly recommend a visit. Lovely river walks and a brilliant local pub that serves the best food and drink
Lovely secluded old character property.
Wood burner, including lighters, kindlers and plenty of logs.
Comfortable beds.
Complete with good washing machine and tumble drier.
Central heating.
Well equiped.
Despite what others have said we found the sofa and chairs comfortable.
Plenty of walks in the grounds including ruined castle and Loch side.
Large TV's in lounge and both bedrooms.
Hotel was closed till April but nearby pub was open year round 10 - 15 minute walk away.
Would we return definately YES.
Flat superbly well equipped, in excellent condition, with Netflix in the offering a welcome surprise! Overall a very generous offering (including items for breakfast/cooking/snacks etc) and in my opinion unbeatable in the wider Fort William area in terms of what you get for what it costs. The quiet location is perfect for anyone travelling by car and just a few minutes from multiple options for restaurants such as in Fort Augustus. A perfect highlands retreat for a family of four.
lovely, well presented hotel which we stayed at for one night as we wanted to stop over somewhere on our way to Skye. the hotel was very welcoming. rooms were clean and spacious, with all sorts of items provided. pet friendly as well. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the curries were lovely. breakfast next morning also had good variety. lots of nice places around to walk the dogs. would stay again and recommend to others
What a delightful hotel! Very private and quiet location, gorgeous grounds - my only regret is that we did not arrive during the rhododendron blooming time, that must have been absolutely spectacular. The restaurant is first class - both the dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and the staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgable of the region and happy to answer any questions. A definite "will come back again"!
Wonderful, warm, Highland welcome. Pristine, comfortable accommodation. Fabulous setting. 22 miles of single track road to get there via forest, moor, mountain, Lochs, rivers....incredible scenery and wildlife. A must for all nature lovers searching for somewhere off the beaten track. Best breakfast I have ever had. Can't wait to return. Dog friendly. Marion and Matthew were fantastic hosts.
Amazing place! The room was large and super clean. A lot of small things to help travellers: USB port for charging, UK power adapters, restaurants suggestions. The breakfast was superb! You have a choice of breakfast menus to choose from the night before. Pity we had to continue with the trip and couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended place to stay.
Coolest accommodations in our 2 weeks in Scotland. We stayed in a recently converted milk house and the cottage was beautiful. The farm is serene, our only regret is that we did not stay longer than one night. Laundry facilities in the cottage were a blessing after a couple weeks of travel. Kevin is an amazing host!
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The property was in a very peaceful and quiet location, and the history of the manor house is so interesting. Beds were comfortable, very nice linens. We enjoyed having dinner in the restaurant, excellent Indian cuisine, but other options also available.
Superb location, a great welcome and the accommodation is very clean and beautifully appointed. Made to feel very welcome and the donkey and horses were great to feed.
I’d highly recommend this property and will be back. Thank you
Lovely comfortable lodge up in Invergarry. Great location around 25 miles north of Fort William. The grandkids loved the ponies and donkey in field next door .the lodge has everything needed for a weeks break .
breakfast and restaurant experience is above expectation. Nabil and his staff are extremely helpful.
This is a hidden gem of a hotel which we found by accident and will now be returning to again and again
Breakfast was great. Many options to choose from and large portions. Bar/dining room was charming and food was tasty.
Historic hotel with lots of charm. Room was comfortable and had a modern bathroom.
Super position. Hosts were lovely and room was spotless with everything needed for an overnight stay. Recommended restaurant was also really nice with tasty Indian fusion menu. Highly recommended.
Lovely views from our room of the river Garry and bridge.
Went for a walk to stretch our legs before it went dark.
Had dinner and breakfast highly recommended at the hotel.
Accommodations, host, and location were all amazing. Beautiful lodge and beautiful setting. Only good things to say about our stay. We would definitely stay here again :)
