In a great location, really close to the tram stop and a few minutes away from Princes street. Hotel bar / breakfast room has lots of original features and really lovely. Staff very good, they work extremely hard. Hotel room was spotless, cleaned every day.

We wanted twin beds which they provided but I was afraid to turn over and fall off. They were very narrow.
Other than that it was superb! Quiet, love the pillows and the huge bathroom and the room was very spacious. Lots of closet space
