The hotel is at prime location in cathedral quarter. Just a few minutes walk from the 300a airport shuttle drop off point, its right next to St. Anne's square and also just a minute's walk from Hill St and Commercial Ct. We got an early check in, so cannot complain about the view. But make sure to ask for Street facing rooms, lest you want to stare at an empty courtyard from your window. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual spread and good.

We did not expect to have a fully stocked kitchen. My husband was ill part of the time we were in Belfast. Having a kitchen helped because he couldn't go out.

There’s plenty to do, it’s only 10 mins from the city centre of Belfast. Be careful of the bus lanes though, it’s a hefty fine if you drive in them! Thankfully it’s only 20mph in the city, it gives you time to decide which lane to be in and stay out of the bus lane!!
the property was disappointing in cleanliness and stature … I expected the touches of a 4-5* hotel to give a lot more
the staff upon arrival were distanced and dismissive …
but the whole experience was saved by a friend of the owner who was working that weekend as the hotel was short staffed - she was kind generous friendly and remarkably helpful … had it not been for her the 24 mini-break would have been very disappointing
Proximity to Belfast City Centre was just right for a car. Hotel was very nice. Reception was excellent. I had requested an early check
in and agreed to pay the charge however the weather was very bad travel li g from Dublin and my 14:00hrs check in never happened. The hotel was very decent and did not charge me! Thanks folks. Food was very good. Dinner and breakfast
Breakfast was absolutely fabulous- fantastic selection, lovely quality products and catered for gluten free and vegetarian.
Mattresses were very comfortable and we could control the heat in our room which was great. Shower had great pressure so was lovely. Love music in the hotel was brilliant
I liked the food, the evening meal was very good and I enjoyed the breakfast also. The pool was lovely, nice and quiet to have a swim and hot tub was lovely. Gorgeous views from the hotel
Use of pool was a real bonus - the children loved it. Staff could not have been better. Given COVID, the hotel did a great job of making everything seem as normal as possible.
