It's potentially a lovely hotel. However, this is not 'luxury' accommodation as advertised. I would say it's more of a Premier Inn set up. We had to go find someone for reception and there is no lounge or bar for guests. Booking the restaurant as a guest ..... we were made to feel like it was a favour to book for a 5pm slot. Food was mediocre at best and over-priced. Breakfast was ok and lovely young woman on duty. We booked a top class room with a sea view - £280. It was in the attic with a tiny window with limited view to the sea. No warning of two flights of steep, shallow stairs. Luxury? Ikea type set up, with large containers of green 'stuff' that is passed off as toiletries. A matter of taste, but what was an old Manse and Church has had the heart ripped out of it. No remnants if it's history or culture.

Exceptionally clean, spacious, bright apartment. Dog-friendly and in a great location..food was absolutely delicious and catered very well for vegetarians!
Loved having access to a sauna & steam room facilities.
Located on the Isle of Skye, Broadford House Skye has rooms with free WiFi. The twin rooms have a shared bathroom whilst the other rooms at the property have an ensuite bathroom.

The location was good, easily accessible. The breakfast was great, food was delicious both days. The staff were great, Marta especially was very lovely, made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.
They seem kind of under staffed at the moment. I’m not sure if it was only during my stay but they dropped the ball a lot. For the price I had to pay to stay there it is not worth it. But the room was comfy and the staff that was there were very helpful, but very over worked.

One thing which was awful was the harbour restaurant- thought we would treat ourselves to good meal as advertising in window slow cooked lamb. Overpriced and underwhelming and very rude owner. Do not waste your money here !!

We liked Nothing about the Lodge or surroundings if you are happy to have WEEDS around your lodge and DUSTBINS as a view and don't mind being behind a Hostel and Undertaker, then go for it. The lodge was not equipped for 3 audults, very small, we found 1 frying pan 1small pot, there was no brush to sweep floor, the kitchen units are dated and not fitted well. The showers were tiny. To Sum up initially looks good, but very poor on closer inspection. This is without a doubt nothing but a WORKHORSE TO MAKE as much money out of the guests who stay at this property. Whoever owns this property needs to get their act together as the 6 lodges are no more than an extension to the hostel. GIVE THIS PROPERTY A WIDE BERTH For 4 uncomfortable nights we paid just under £1200, and I do intend to take this matter further with the owner.AA.

Broadford is a boring "wide spot in the road" with little to "recommend" it. The highlight is the bus transfer station AND THE ONLY Co-Op full service grocery store...be sure and stop...few or no other choices. Keep on going...the scenery and driving on Skye are all better away from Broadford.

Beautiful location, very attractive little village, lots of places to stay and eat especially in season. Good starting point for all the trips we made over three days. Hebridean Inn best for food but Broadford Hotel worth a visit.

Broadford is well situated for a visit to Skye and also to take the wee ferry to Glenelg in the summer. It is a very small town with a couple of restaurants, a chip shop, a co-op and nice places to walk a dog by the shore.
John, Morgan and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.
The food was fantastic - from a very talented chef who knows his flavours and taste combinations - and thoroughly enjoyed, the room was very clean and comfortable with superb views out over the bay. Cannot thank them enough for a very enjoyable 5 star stay ! If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Isle of Skye, you have to stay here, it will greatly enhance your holiday.
Skerrols is a beautiful house. They layout is excellent and it has been tastefully decorated. The beds and sofas are all very comfortable - clearly thought has gone into making this the best possible holiday home rather than functional. My 2 children adored it and were really sad to leave.
Broadford is a fantastic base to explore Skye from, and Skerrols' position is perfect - secluded, off the main road (so quiet and safe) but within 10 minutes' walk of everywhere in Broadford. Two eating places are within 4-5 minutes.
Staying at the House of Juniper was a wonderful experience. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The rooms were very comfortable and included coffee/tea and a snack. Breakfast was delicious and delivered in a lovely little basket. The spa was not what you would consider as a traditional "spa" BUT the steam room and sauna were a great way to wrap up my day. And the cold water dump bucket was beyond refreshing. My only regret is not having time for an additional night on Isle of Skye.
The room is in refubrished shipping container in a garden, everything looks brand new and is nicely done. The container is well insulated and heated. Bathroom is quite spacious, bed is a bit narrow for two. Breakfast is set up in a little kitchen in the room. Location in Broadford will give you early morning start for exploring Isle of Skye. Couple of restaurants in walking distance, town centre about 800m away.
Great place to stay for a home base while visiting Isle Of Skye. Food and groceries within walking distance. Literally across the street from Broadford Bay with great views.
Rooms were what you will expect for being in Isle of Skye, not luxury but very comfortable and clean. staff is very friendly and they have a restaurant on site, which we did not eat at.
Only had a one night stay in Skye but the Broadford location allowed us a quick scenic drive around the Trotternish peninsula and a trip to Elgol and langoustines. Co-op next door was a convenient plus. Our triple room was .. roomy .. and comfortable, albeit basic. Parking was easy. We enjoyed a picture perfect sunset through our window .. marvellous.
Location, location, location. The charming tiny home (2 small trailer-houses) is right on the water. Seriously, you can throw a rock into the sea from the front steps. A beautiful view of Skye and the nearby mainland. We were lucky enough to have clear skies one night to see so many stars. Really amazing location.
We enjoyed everything. The Isle of Skye is a gorgeous island. No matter where you looked out from our room was breathtaking. The owners were very accommodating. I had hurt my knee hiking and the owner when I asked was able to give me a bag of ice for the swelling.
The cottage was in a great location for touring Skye. It was decorated well and an easy walk to Hebridean Inn for dinner. We also went to Red Skye for dinner another night and it was terrific.
The House of Juniper is a very nice and well located hotel at the Isle of Skye.
The room was very stylish and comfortable. We got a tasty breakfast delivered to our room and used the sauna.
