농가를 개조한 숙소라서 마당에 차려진 식탁에서 주인이 직접 차린 아침 식사는 훌륭했다. 여주인이 직접 음식에 대해 설명도 해주었고, 먹고 남은 빵은 봉지에 넣어서 가져가도록 배려해주었다. 방은 아주 세심하게 장식이 되어 여주인의 배려를 느낄 수 있었다. 단순히 돈을 벌기 위해서 숙박 사업을 한다고 느껴지지 않을 정도로 손님을 진정으로 대한다는 것을 느낄 수 있었다. 프랑스의 시골의 인심을 맛볼 수 있는 좋은 경험이었다.
