Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

We mainly explored the old town and chilled near the beautiful lake. We also went for a hike nearby.
The old town has really nice restaurants. Ideally it's better to reserve before going for the restaurants to have Fondue/Raclette.
It's easy to get around Annecy by hiring a bike or taking the public bus. However one should be careful about the timings if you want to visit nearby places from Annecy. The buses are not so frequent.

The place is the perfect combination of nature and culture.
The place is the perfect combination of nature and culture. Compact and yet full of little surprises, Annecy is a charming French city that should be in every traveller’s bucket list. Plenty of excellent dining options, the majestic Alps before you, the Lake and the river around which the place weaves its spell. Late March, early April werent as packed with tourists as summer, so the pace is less harried. Prices, too, both for food and accommodation are very affordable. Three restaurants we tried : Cozna, Saba and Le Bouillon, all Michellin recommended - provided excellent food and service.

Beautiful old city.
Beautiful old city.
Gorgeous views of a pristine, clear lake.
Old town area was lovely and the Sunday market seemed really authentic.
Have a trip on the boat to admire the substantial houses dotted along the shoreline, enjoy an ice cream and take lots of pics.
There is a good bus service if you want to go further afield. We visited Talloires Montmin on the other side of the lake by car but I noticed it is on a bus route too.

Maximum charm in a small footprint: the Old Town is pedestrian-only, small streets that wind around and across the river, farmers markets, cutesy shops, plenty of cheese-y dinners... the place is a picture-postcard for France.

Not too much to do in the rainy weather. Drinks are very expensive.
Great market in the old town 3 times per week. Lots of quirky little side streets and beautiful buildings within the city. Great to wander around.
Can walk parts of the lake or hire a bike. It’s beautiful even on rainy days
We liked the location within easy walking distance of the train station, in a quiet spot very near Old Town in Annecy. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, spoke excellent English, and made great recommendations for eating and sightseeing in Annecy. The comfortable modern rooms had spotless bathrooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The optional breakfast buffet offered many choices and at an affordable cost. The rest was a small cocktail bar in the lobby.
From the incredibly accommodating hosts who went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable to the amazing location just steps from Lake Annecy and all that the charming old town area has to offer, we couldn’t have been happier choosing to stay at Studio74! Each item offered seemed to be hand picked to be eco friendly and support local businesses, and as a bonus, even the shampoos and conditioners were sulfate and paraben free!
The property was in a good location for what we wanted. My daughter and I were back packing through France and this was very close to the train station and was very easy to find. Everything we wanted to see in Annecy was within close walking distance but being so close to the train station, the hotel wasn’t in the most picturesque part of Annecy!
The staff were very friendly and there was always someone on the front desk.
We were very impressed with this hotel. The location is perfect in the middle of the old town in Annecy. Our room was very tastefully decorated and it had all that we needed for our stay. We only stayed one night, but will definitely be back! We had the additional breakfast and it also had all that you needed, with lovely fresh baguette and local yogurts. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
This was a nice 3-star hotel. The bathrooms are modern. The rooms are clean and functional. Not huge but not small either. The breakfast had a good variety. It cost extra (12 euros per person), at least for us. Having a parking space was critical. That, plus it's proximity to the old town (15 minute walk) were why we chose this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful location and sensational views of Lake Annecy away from the noisy beach scene and busy old town. Within easy walking distance of the old town attractions for those who are active and enjoy a short walk. The staff are very attentive and helpful. This is the perfect location for a celebration!
The front desk staff was really friendly and super helpful. My room was modern, clean and had a super view from the small balcony of Lake Annecy. Only a few minutes walk from ANYTHING you want in the old town. Would NEVER hesitate to stay here the next time I'm in Annecy.
The location is amazing, very close to the old town and it is waking distance from everywhere, old town and the lake. The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment is big compared to other apartments you would find in France.
Individualistically styled room and common areas. Beautifully presented. Great location for visiting Annecy old town.
Very comfortable bed (I actually had the best nights sleep I’ve had for ages).
Well located hotel near to shops, old town & barking. Staff are super friendly starting from the operation manager Anabelle to the receptionists 👍🏻
Clean and comfortable room with AC.
A pretty hotel in a great location just above the old town in the centre of Annecy. Small but bright and clean room. Good breakfast spread. Nice little balcony overlooking the town.
Nice apartment hotel within an easy walk of all the bits of Annecy you’d like to see - lake, old town, etc. great location for a short break. Sauna was nice to have on site too.
Great location in Annecy; close to historic old town, many shops, restaurants, and sights. Hotel very comfortable, hosts welcoming. Great buffet breakfast to start our day.
Great location for visiting the old town of Annecy and the lake . Very helpful staff , particularly the dining staff . The rooms are a decent size and are very clean .
Location is ideal. Near train station and 3min walk to old town. Hotel is stylish if small and affordable. Zero complaints. I traveled with my eleven year old son.
