An amazing apartment. Exceptionally clean, cosy, and gorgeous. The location is absolutely stunning!!! I recommend this apartment 100%!! You simply cannot go wrong. The host was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to help with whatever we needed. The beds were so comfortable, and the cotton linen was fresh and rooms neatly presented. Absolutely lovely. Very, very happy and will certainly book this again in the future. 👌👌😀😀

Parador de Corias, hotel in Pola de Allande

Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure.

The room was amazing with white fluffy towels and lots of space. The toiletries were high quality too . Food in the bar was good; a delicious club sandwich and juicy burger. A la carte breakfast was also a wonderful feast. There seemed to be ample choice for the buffet breakfast too. An added bonus was the small museum and library.

Town is quant lots of cute bars and shops (didn’t find anyone who spoke English and we’re in Spain so bring your Spanish with you!) The apartment is a quick 8 minute Taxi ride down the hill. We don’t speak much Spanish but the bar across the street from the Taxi stand was super helpful and called a Taxi for us. And we were able to arrange a ride back to town with the driver for the next morning.

Excellent accommodations right on the Camino Primitivo. Comfortable, clean rooms. Convenient location with supermarkets, laundromat, and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful hotel and restaurant staff. I arrived just past the lunch hour and they graciously accommodated me for lunch. The pilgrim menu with three courses and postre was surprisingly delicious. The accommodations come with a basic, convenient breakfast the following morning.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at the hotel, in 3 separate rooms. We were walking Camino Primitivo on a drizzly day and were very happy with our warm rooms, hot showers and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful. Sadly, we arrived when the restaurant was closed but staff recommended a different place for dinner. I had a great night sleep.

This was a wonderful little town with a great feel. The hotel had all the features we were looking for (with the exception of wifi). Good storage, good bathroom, great view. Very quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and service was quick and easy. They had a good secure spot to store the bikes.

Truely excellent restaurant attached to the hotel (or vice versa). Typical Asturias dishes offered in very generous proportions. Heard and spoke very little English while in this town but no problem with communication. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff were great too.

Receptionist and some waiting staff spoke some English. All very friendly and helpful. Hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They provided a secure room for my bicycle overnight. Breakfast is from 7am. Great for early starts. The stay was great value.

A good hotel for the night after walking the Camino de Santiago. The room was small but comfortable and we had a good night sleep. There is a bar just beside the hotel which opens at 6:30 which is convenient if you want to get going early.

The hotel was in a convenient location with parking for our motorcycles nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the restaurant which was reasonable but not great, however breakfast served in the bar area was fine.

Smack in middle of town with a great dining room and café on the premises. The room was spartan but adequate and the bed comfortable. The dinner was well prepared and served, hotel reception staff very cordial and helpful.

The location was great; it is in the center of town and really the only hotel. It is right on the Camino. The food at the hotel was excellent, but the rooms were dated.
