Ocaña was a convenient place to stay for an overnight on the road between southern Spain and the Basque Country. The main plaza is large, and the town was pleasant to walk around. We found a good restaurant for an early dinner.

Historical town but the surroundings not nice, quite ugly and neglected. During the fiestas, September, the otherwise beautiful Plaza Mayor and the center streets are very dirty, full of papers, cans and other waste.
Considering it's history and some old buildings it seems that nothing has made right since the Seventeen century.
Driving down from Bilbao to the south coast, excellent Historic town to stop off just past Madrid and 5 minutes easy drive from the Autovia. Meter parking opposite the hotel, set in a plaza and 2 mins to the impressively large and historic pedestrian square with good pizza restaurant for dinner and churros for breakfast. Hotel extremely good rooms, beds with memory foam matress and aloa vera pillows. Warm and extremely comfy. Great bathroom, good shower seemed all new fittings.
Todas Bien! Family run, friendly. Excellent for skydivers, 10 minute drive to Drop Zone. Very clean room and cleaned daily. Nice simple cold breakfast consisting of fruit, yoghurt, toast and a pastry, tea and coffe machine, coffee was very nice. Quiet location, supermarkets 2 and 5 minutes walks. Piping hot powerful shower and air conditioning. Perfect stay for me, will definitely stay here again when in Ocana. Muchos Gratias!
hotels position awful, road works no where to mark or even drop off.
Thought it was in a square with places to eat, awful. We had dogs, no where to walk them!!!
Turned up for our stay didn’t even check in ghost town, run down, depressing, turned car round and left.
Second stay here this time with out our dog so we stayed in the vital not the apartment, it was very noise even for Spanish hotel I think they were moving furniture most of the night. The room was clean but very tired, someone left crisps in the only draw!
Perfect location for overnight stay heading for Santander or Bilbao. Obviously not 4 star hotel, but was clean, comfortable and value for money. In house restaurant provided decent meal.
It is a big flat and enough to spend a day or two.
We had to pick up the keys in the hotel which is just around the corner.
There's a reserved place for parking the car.
