This residence is situated approximately 20 min by metro from Valencia central area, and it is easily reached by metro line 1. It is in the nice and quiet neighborhood and it is modernly furnished. The common area includes kitchen and small internal garden. The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but still nice and fine. All the instructions how to arrive and check in are sent by WhatsApp and very easy to follow. Great value for money and great place to stay.

The location is excellent to exploring the old city. An old but renovated beautiful building. The room was big with lots of natural light coming through big windows/doors with balcony, clean and nicely decorated. A kitchenette with small fridge, sink and cooktop came as a nice surprise!
