Hotel is very ideal for viewing across Granada, stunning views! Room and terrace both very good size and all was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast options are good without being overcharged, which is a welcome suprise! Nice touch to serve beer in pre-chilled glasses, thank you!

What a fantastic place to stay - fabulously helpful cheerful staff , excellent location with so many options at doorstep but set back from busy road so nights are peaceful, really comfortable room with a jug and a fridge Am really looking forward to a return visit

1. Guy at the reception desk is very friendly and attentive. He was there to help or provide guidance on Granada.
2. They have a complementary wine and two bottles of water at the room
3. The AC is not directly flows to the bed, so you decrease a chance of getting a cold

Good variety for breakfast. The location was stunning and very quiet. The hostess was knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with restaurants in the area and attractions.

Magnificent views and room. Proximity to the Alhambra was fantastic as you could walk or catch the local bus that traveled every 15 minutes.
Alejandro and Lorenzo were helpful. Alejandro was helpful and informative and help us to get around Granada. He met us and helped with our luggage.
Breakfast was cooked by Lorenzo and was exactly what we needed.
