Jean Carlos, the hotel administrator, was extremely attentive to our needs. He made the trip very enjoyable! This is a unique spot where you are LITERALLY steps from the sand/ocean. It's very relaxing hearing the waves and popping in for a swim whenever the mood hits you! I've been to 6 continents and by far the most novel experience I've had.
