We were upgraded, The room was great for me as I have need a walker to move around. The room we were given was a room with a disable shower and chair. I really appreciated this. The view was incredible also, and we were able to take the early morning sunrise over the water. I would love to thank the lady my husband spoke to. He said she was very nice.

We arrived to find we had been allocated a room with just one bed. The staff were fabulous in sorting this out for us . Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And Wow! what a location.

The Loontitetermairrelehoiner Track is a wonderful walk around the coast from Waterloo Beach to Schouten Beach. The walk itself is not as long as the name suggests.
Very nice views of Great Oysters Bay, with backdrop of Freycinet Peninsula.
As usual in Tasmania, there is nearly no one to be seen on the main street of this town after about 7pm. It's refreshing.

From a tourist perspective Swansea was lacking.
From a tourist perspective Swansea was lacking. Not much choice of places to eat. The oyster bar was closed due to weather, we were unable to get to the patisserie as the bridge was closed due to flooding, the pub closed at 2 so cant have a late lunch which often happens as a tourist. the IGA was closed for some reason and there was a small express IGA that had your basic items. We had dinner at a small local cafe and it was very expensive for what it is $40 for a main. But we didn't have a choice as pub full and that was the only place in town open.

Beautiful stay, super cozy and best sleep I have had on the whole trip.
10/10 for charm & spa bath was amazing after all the walking done. Great pub 2second walk down the road, loved the experience
Karen is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved our room and sitting out on the verandah watching the world go by eating our fish and chips. We didn't get to samply a drop of port :( maybe next time. We did have a tasty and beautifully presented cooked breakfast looking out onto Oyster Bay. We took Karen's advice and stopped at Cape Tourville Lighthouse after trekking to Wineglass Bay. We would highly recommend you stay here. Karen has a wealth of knowledge of the area and some great suggestions.
Great breakfast provisions. A loaf of fresh baked bread on arrival. Able to park outside of room. Location, able to walk everywhere. Nice little touches, makeup mirrors, automatic sensor night lights near toilet and hallway, Decent sized fridge. 2 luggage racks. Warm room upon arrival. Great host who provided lots of information about there to go and what to see and where to eat. Swansea is a beautiful seaside village.
Wow! We loved everything about this motel. The family who run the motel are fantastic, highly knowledgeable, friendly efficient. Love our check-in lass Jo, and her dad gave us a great tip to dine at the Lobster Shack in Bicheno. The views of the bay are beautiful, as are the gardens. A great self service laundry too. Walk around the whole town from this location.
This was such a pleasant surprise! We were wowed by this accommodation. We loved how spacious and well furnished the place is. It is clean and bed was comfortable. The sea was just in front. The wonderful heated blanket!! The complimentary lollies! Honestly we weren't expecting much since it's a "caravan park" but we absolutely loved it.
Although basic the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The room we had did have a balcony with a sea view which was lovely. In fact, that was the best part about this room. The motor inn is within walking distance of a few restaurants. The motor inn is in a good location if you are travelling through Swansea.
Everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend to everyone who travel to Swansea. The place was sparkling clean and cozy, like a home away from home. Very close to the town centre. Restaurants and the supermarket in the walking distance. Coffee machine is fabulous. Garden was lovely too.
Nice atmosphere that allowed one to meet and engage with fellow travellers. We appreciated that it wasn't a loud party hostel, but a chill place that offered everything you needed.
Coles bay nearby is gorgeous but apart from that, other sights required some driving to get to from Swansea.
Piermont was an absolute gem! Stunning property & we stayed in one of the beach cottages which had stunning views of the ocean. Dinner was amazing at the restaurant & we also explored the property by bikes that you can use. An incredible stay exploring the beautiful east coast of Tasmania
The location was fantastic with private access to the beach which was only a 3 minute walk. The house itself had everything you needed plus a huge book and DVD library, lots of play things for the kids and an outdoor shower for after being at the beach which was a brilliant idea.
The cabin was situated on the cliff top and had a sea view. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities are u ok were provided. The bed was comfy and was greeted by the sunrise from our bedroom window . A short distance drive to Swansea town
View was spectacular and cabin was tastefully decorated. Beds comfortable, kitchen facilities were good. It was great to have the bbq near by to cook our meal at night. They provided plenty of milk and water which was great. Hot water and bathroom set up great.
The cabin, was very clean, well appointed and low maintenance. Other services laundry etc were functional and close by. Access to Beach was a short walk and the area quiet, serine and peaceful. A fantastic getaway!
Very clean and comfortable cottages. Friendly staff. Free DVDs. Lovely location on the beach close to shops, cafeterias and restaurant. Quiet area, glimpses of water from our cottage porch.
As a retired tourism executive this was one of the nicest bed and breakfasts we have stayed at anywhere in the world.
A generous, supurb cooked breakfast with fresh fruit and super juice.
View was the best we have see for a long time nice and warm for a cold night no noise with a good sleep location had evary thing close to hotel we will stay again.
