We had a great welcome. Once we parked our car, the bags were taken into our rooms. We had booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 5. Both were very clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly. It had a secure parking facility which we needed due to having a rental car. Very centrally located so close to everything you would need in Tirana. Breakfast was also delicious and they were very friendly and attentive towards our young children.

The uniqueness of the decor. It wasn’t like your average hotel. The location was excellent and it was very clean. Our room was huge. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
