We can only reccomend Chalet for Families with kids /Pairs ,etc. We were with 2 small kids. It is an excellent location for relaxing and enjoying the sunset from the terrase. One can walk with a dog, hiking the dunes, biking. It is just 5 m from Chalet. It is quite there. For families with kids: we have visited navy musem (den helden) / Castle (Medemblik). There is a excellent cafe where you can eat or buy fish (Vis van Havenzicht) just about 10 min. drive from the location. We strongly reccomend it too. Just nearby there is a beach for children (Lutjestrand ) with playground and so on...

Great location, friendly, tranquille,,clean ,just out if the city in a beautiful aquatic landscape surrounded by trees and rivers, the tram stop is just a 10 minute walk and takes you right into the center of Amsterdam.

Camping Vliegenbos se encuentra a 2,6 km de A'DAM Lookout y ofrece alojamiento conterraza, restaurante y cocina compartida. Se ofrece wifi gratis. The toilets and showers are very clean and smell really nice, the rooms are just what you need for a weekend away, the camp site was lovely and the staff very kind and helpfull, location was perfect, 10 walk to the metro and 2 mins on the metro straight into the center

The owner, Jose, is really lovely and welcoming! We had a paddle on the canoes, kids loved the trampoline and the beds were very comfy to sleep on. On the second day we also drove to the pool and had a dip- very refreshing! You are close to the sea and restaurants- lots to do with kids!
