I enjoyed staying in the restaurant when they turned on the pizza oven, it gets warm and cozy. For the breakfast they had homemade bread (rare asset for the area, I rarely found good quality bread) and a delicious orange jam, among others. Hot shower was working well, the bed and the pillow were comfortable. I also enjoyed the company of the pets they have. We got 2 "guide" dogs with us on the 2 day trek in the canyon, it was a nice experience. Upon return from the canyon you can also pay for a shower (it was 8 soles with towel provided), you can rent trekking poles at a fair price and they provide free luggage storage.

Very nice clean room, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Perfect spot to experience real Peru and start point to get to Colca Canon.

Located a 10-minute drive from Chivay Town, Samana Wasi offers accommodation in Yanque. A complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily. This was a very amazing place to stay. The owners welcome you and I felt like I was at home. This is a really perfect place to stay a few days to relax and unwind.

Very beautiful setting a few blocks from the plaza. Beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. Outdoor laundry set up, excellent wonderful hosts and food is excellent.
