Very beautiful property in the middle of nature with nice pool. Bungalow was very nice and the outdoor bathroom was really cool. Staff was friendly and attentive. We booked safari through the hotel and we can not be more happy as we had wonderful driver/guide Madura. He is very knowledgeable, he knew how to find lot of different birds and animals and took us close to elephants. He is also very good driver, we felt safe (we had toddler with us) and had great time with Madura.

You could not beat such value for money. The place is very nice, with a small swimming pool, Sri Lanka breakfast is perfect, and fried rice for dinner as well. But most of all, we were perfectly welcomed by the owners with a great smile and help to organise safari. Everything was perfect

The owner is very helpful. The place is beautiful very cozy very quiet and in excellent location. The food is the best one we tried in Sri Lanka. We took the Safari with the owner and was the best experience. The rooms very clean and with all the necessary thing. Super recommended.

The rooms are very clean and the safari is organized very well, you will get a super fair price not like other bookings. The food is 10/10 and super fresh. The pool area was also a nice touch and needed as very hot. Safari booking was arranged by the KottaWatta Village at my request. This was the highlight of the trip and very simple to arrange.
