The place is in the perfect location, especially if you want to surf at main/baby point. The property is 2 min away from the beach and there are lots of great restaurants around. The rooms have king sized beds, mosquito nets, space to store your clothes, AC and a big bathroom. Also, there is a communal fully equipped kitchen with. The best part of the property for myself is the owner and his family and friends. They are incredibly helpful with organising the perfect stay for you and always have a smile on their face. Harsha’s mom even cooked rice & curry for us (best one I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka!!). Thanks Harsha for an unforgettable time in A’Bay.

It's near to famous surfer spot call wishky point.it is a good opportunity to stay for the surfers.night view of the hotel is very beautiful and colorful.it is very good place to stay

The villa's proximity to the beautiful beaches of Arugam Bay made it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The surrounding area near the Muhudu Maha Viharaya was a bonus as it provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. However, what really stood out during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the 20 House Villa. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The villa itself was tastefully designed, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. Overall, my experience at 20 House Villa was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation with excellent customer service. The family is extremely helpful. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms are basic but clean, and all you need. The hammock and little terrace is a bonus! He also arranged a taxi for us for a fair price!

Nisha and her brother are amazing people and received us very well. We chatted for hours and she shared with us her nightmare during the 2004 tsunami, a true warrior; Location is excellent, only 3min walking from the beach and also near some restaurants; The hammock in front of the room brings a special charm, the only place we found with this in Sri Lanka; Wifi worked perfectly; Nisha cooks very well and each day we had a different type of breakfast. The sri lankan style one was the best for me; In summary this was one of our favorite places during the trip
