We had an amazing, authentic and memorable stay at Menara Green Inn. It felt so homely and the owner and his family’s hospitality were outstanding. The Inn is in a very quiet part of town which we thought was nice. It has a nice garden and wild monkeys on the rooftop. Amazing! It was a little far from the good restaurants but the owner drove us in his Tuk-tuk to the restaurant and picked us up again afterwards. He also drove us to the bus at the end of our stay. All free of charge and out of a good heart. We also went on a great tour with the owner to Sigiriya. Definitely recommended! And the traditional breakfast we had in the morning was so delicious! We also had fresh fruit, juice and tea every day free of charge. All in all an amazing experience for us. Thank you to the family for your hospitality and kindness.

The rooms were calm, clean and restful, and we woke up every morning feeling fit as a fiddle, because the bed was excellent as well. The location in Dambulla is convenient for visiting the temple in Dambulla and for hiking Pidurangala Rock. There is an open roof in the villa where you can see the stars on a clear night. The family who runs the villa is very nice and their daughter is a cuttie!
