So, there is no bar downstairs, no room service, etc. But there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, so, I would not put it as a minus.

It is all new, of very high quality and more than perfect for transiting the country from or to Greece. Extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly! I would rate it more than a 10 if I could. The big plus is the restaurant. Wide range of local dishes and beverages, open until 11 pm. The breakfast very very good! I strongly recommend it!
