It was a nice surprise and the appartment I stayed in came as the finding of a true little gem. The hosts are the most adorable person. Breakfast was really good and offered a large choice. The welcome was wonderful and I hope to come back soon.

A peaceful paradise in a very popular Twente location, surrounded by lots of woodland cycle paths all the way to Germany. This is an independent unit on a fabulous converted barn on a working farm, with access from the yard. Cows and chickens are your closest neighbours:) The hosts are friendly and thought of everything possible to make our stay comfortable… we cannot think of a more comprehensive breakfast experience. There is also secure bike storage available… The town of Ootmarsum is a short cycle away and was an unexpected gem, a very beautiful destination, and well worth a visit when exploring the Netherlands. Don’t hesitate to book if there’s a vacancy:)
