The special attitude from landlord Annamaria. We had excellent days, in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the center and to Laquila University. She had a daily organized breakfast which is average. Breakfast, hot drinks (tea, coffee-espresso machine), juices and cookies kept for 24 hours. We shared a flat with a French guy with a living area (separate room and WC). I must mention that on the last day, we had an early trip and we asked for help from Annamaria and she organized it very smoothly. Even she told us if there will not be any option for transportation she was ready to pick us up early in the morning :)

What a wonderful stay and great hosts! I needed somewhere that I could relax, walk to places around town to visit, and plus get a little work done. This place checked all the boxes for me. Simple room with comfy bed, private bathroom. Coffee and cornetto each morning just a stroll down the road. Was sorry to leave!

Everything, hostess picked me up bus stop late at night🙏absolutely everything you could want was provided PLUS 150 mtrs to public beach: bus stop at the door; outstanding fish restaurants 5 mtrs away; stadium 300 mtrs; Pescara markets also. Quiet, private, an absolute find🙏
