The breakfast was amazing and Elizabeth makes the cakes herself. St Severin is a good location - you can walk to St Malo and drive to many other interesting towns. There are also lovely little beaches 10 mins away on foot.

Please note, there isn't an elevator, so those staying on higher floors will need to navigate the historic stairs. This might be a consideration for those who find steep stairs challenging. However, for those who can, it's a truly unique experience. The owner was wonderfully attentive, preparing our breakfast to our preferences. While the breakfast was simple, it was delicious. Given the challenges of securing a taxi in St. Malo, we're especially grateful for the owner's assistance in arranging one for our departure.
