Bill also made a lovely breakfast for us, we appreciated the home cooked food!

Very friendly hosts who gave us a warm welcome and replied very quickly to queries. The guest suite was exceptional, large and clean. The kids love feeding the alpacas at the backyard. Overall, great hospitality that exceeded my expectations.

Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í Coal Harbour, í 22 km fjarlægð frá Port Hardy-ferjuhöfninni. The location, the views, the rooms are beautiful, food excellent and Michelle treats people like a house guest. We were genuinely sorry to be leaving.

Nimpkish Hotel er staðsett við ströndina í Alert Bay á Cormorant Island. Öll herbergin eru með flatskjá með kapalrásum og sérbaðherbergi. What a fantastic place! Very warm welcome from Penba and his husband who are managing this beautiful hotel. We looooved the oceanfront outside patio which got everything to feel cozy and relaxed : hammock, comfy sofas, you name it! Very quiet, room and the whole hotel was sparkling! Penba is also a wonderful cook so we had dinner in the bright living room, gazing at the ocean while eating a super flavourful homemade palek paneer! I walked all along the seaside and up to see the world's tallest totem pole, and looked at all the Kwakwa̱ka̱ʼwakw art and history along the walk. So instructive and beautiful! Did not go to the cultural center as I arrived too late but it is a good excuse to come back and stay at the Nimpkish Hotel again!

Absolutely! Our hosts, Mark and Carolyn, were gracious, accommodating, a joy to sit with and chat about any and all things. The breakfast was new each of the four days we stayed at the Inlet. Upon arrival Mark went through a list of questions to set us up for our stay. After the first breakfast we provided a little more feedback on our desires. And each day we got exactly what we asked for in quantities that we could not finish. The rooms were nice and quiet. We were in the deluxe room and had more than enough space. The water pressure was good and the hot water worked really well. The space was clean and well kept. The grounds were beautiful and well managed. Lots of places to sit and relax. You could come here and keep to yourself and just chill. Or you could interact with others. We traveled with family. But I could see it for couples that just want to unwind. The property is not far in transit time to the north to Sidney or to the south to Victoria. Or to the west to go up island as they say towards Malahat, Duncan, etc.
