Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Perfect base for visiting the falls (about 20-30 minutes on foot). Sunny was an excellent host and we felt really at home and had a lovely stay at this location. Breakfast was made with care and we enjoyed meeting some other guests (form Japan and Pennsylvania).

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. All: B&B is in a good position if you want to visit Niagara Falls (only 8/10 minute walk). Breakfast was so delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. Alice is very nice, gentle and she give some tips about what see during our stay.
