Located on the island of Havre-aux-Maisons, this property is 12 minutes' walk from Dune-du-Sud Beach. It is just 5 minutes' walk from the iles-de-la-madeleine airport. The hosts were very kind. They made a delicious fresh breakfast and an amazing latte machine. They’re genuinely curious about your plans and give recommendations. They even offered to drive us to a bank nearby to get some cash. The house was stunning wood and welcoming shaded areas. Bedrooms were a great size. location was near the airport but it wasn’t disturbing and was a good middle location for exploring both sides of the island by bike.

Offering a unique setting by the coast, Auberge de Gros-Cap is located in Cap-aux-Meules. This 2-star inn offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The attendant greeted me by my first name before I said hello. The views were stunningly beautiful. The facility had far more than we had expected. There were few other guests and we even had the whole building to ourselves one night.

Gite chez Majo is a cottage located on a hill. It offers accommodation in Havre-Aubert and has views of the Gulf of St Lawrence, Île du Havre-Aubert and Île d’Entrée. Our host was charming and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious.
