Located just 1.8 km from Encerrada Bay, Alem Casa de Familia provides accommodation in Ushuaia with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Danny and Patty are wonderful hosts. They were very cheerful, warm and helpful, and I felt like I had family in Ushuaia. They were very helpful in giving advice on what to do in Ushuaia, and telling me about restaurants, places to go, and how to get there. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and both were very delicious. The room and bathroom are always very clean and comfortable. It's on a hill a little away from the main street, but you can get there in about 5-10 minutes by taxi, and it's in a great location with a panoramic view of the city. I stayed for 3 nights, but I was so impressed by the wonderful home, the family, and the beautiful city that I wanted to stay longer. It's worth more than just a stay.

The Wi-Fi is strong. The apartment feels very secure. The hosts are hospitable.

Susan and her family were the best host . They made you feel like family . awesome experience staying with her and her family .

Featuring panoramic lake and sunset views, Hosteria Kaiken is a charming historic house built in 1964 in inner Tierra del Fuego. There is a restaurant. Fagnano Lake is 150 metres away. The hotel is set on a beautiful setting. The hotel is dated but clean. The room was dated but nice. It would have been nice to have seating on the balcony. The included breakfast was good. The restaurant offered good food but it lacked ambiance.

Comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only 7 blocks from Ushuaia’s main street. It's a small and 'intimate' B&B -- not a hotel! It's run by a young lovely couple, both very helpful and friendly. They will work to make the most of your stay in Ushuaia. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast, tough simple, very good (with eggs and fruits). They can (and will) help you with tips and with reservations (remis, restaurants, rides, etc). We had a great time there and do recommend Las Retamas.
