The description and pictures of the accommodation in the Booking.com site were very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that our room and facilities even exceeded what was advertised. The room was well equipped and much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. The accommodation was relatively easy to access from the Central Train station. Our host ,Jos , was very welcoming and even drove us to the train station when we were leaving Utrecht. The breakfast was excellent and we had access to a private garden patio from our room. Jos also provided bikes for our use although we did not have time to use them.

Really nice place to stay in this amazing city! The host is super nice, helpful, clear, friendly and even talking Spanish for my mother :D 100% recommended!! Is 1 bus from almost all city center, and leaves you in front of the door. SUPER SUPER nice breakfast. 100% recommended this place!! Thanks!

Pretty much the best bed-and-breakfast I’ve ever been to! Pleasant quiet location, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast in the garden, and generous friendly hospitality! We definitely will be back.

The location was excellent, a five minute walk to the tower. I loved the quiet street it was on. The owner greeted us and was super helpful, we did not need any assistance during the stay, but he lives upstairs and said to text him if needed. Coffee, tea , wine , chocolates on the bed, all the extras that make this place great.I used the jacuzzi tub and it works amazing.

We had such a memorable stay at Johanna's place! She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! Johanna was very understanding of our delayed arrival time, be sure to communicate with her day before or day of to be helpful! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

Excellent location to visit the city of Utrecht by public transportation (bus). Cosy B&B, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful host. We only stayed for one night and would recommend the B&B to stay if you prefer not to stay in the city.
