Loved the cleanliness of the place, the quaint decor, the pub and the comfortable rooms. Staff was exceptional & friendly - special thanks to Alex, Emma and Katie (at the pub ). The toiletries need a special mention (the peppermint shampoo!) Location was very convenient, close by to the bus stops for Banff buses, supermarket... Main Street was a 10-15 minute walk and the rocky mountain bagel co right opposite.

Incredible location in the heart of Canmore, along a river! Excellent customer service, making sure we had all of the information about the town and learning about the restaurant/bar right next door.
