It was a wonderful stay. We were made to feel very welcome the moment we arrived and thenl other guests staying were lovely. The house is beautiful with lots of decorations and wonderful paintings by the family. The bed we stayed in was so comfortable and the host drove us to the airport the next day for our flight. They have a beautiful garden and also a great view of mount Ararat on a clear day. Would really recommend staying here.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Najaryans Family House in Yerevan! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The family ensured my safety and comfort throughout my entire stay, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean, and the peaceful ambiance allowed for a restful night's sleep. The added bonus of having an air conditioner in the room was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Moreover, the kitchen facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend Najaryans Family House to anyone visiting Yerevan for an exceptional and memorable experience. 15 min drive from the airport!

We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

I liked the hotel for its location, very close to the airport. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. The room is comfortable, cozy, everything you need is available in the room. We arrived very late, the hostess met us and treated us to goodies, which we were incredibly happy about. In the morning she took us to the airport

Located close to the airport, clean, good value, nice breakfast, free pick up transfer from the airport, this alone would be enough to recommend this place to everyone looking for just that. But what makes this place outstanding is the owner and his entire family, who are extremely hospitable and outgoing, taking care of their guests and trying to fulfill every need of them. Many thanks for everything you have done to make our stay so pleasant!
