The apartments have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and in all rooms. Christina is very friendly and hospitable. She was always ready to help in anything, and surprised us with pleasant surprises. We experience different parts of the island, and this part of the island is the best to live in. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Georgette beach is 5 minutes by car, Lazio is a little longer. A couple of large and very cute Seychelles tortoises live in the backyard of the apartments, they love broccoli😋)) We enjoyed everything and will be happy to stay here next time as well. The proximity of the beach is just awesome, a few meters. We did many beaches around these islands, and Anse Lazio is one of the best. It is also close to Anse Georgette which is a nice beach to visit before leaving Praslin. Madam Chantal, the owner is very nice and reactive to any need of its guests. I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

Offering a garden and garden view, ANV HOLIDAY APARTMENTS is situated in Grand-Anse Praslin , 2.9 km from Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve and 6 km from Fond Ferdinand. Property is really nice, modern, clean and spacious..bed is super comfortable, and patio is really cute overlooking a garden(apartment has everything you need)..it's really close to restaurants, shops, bus station and beach. Hosts are most amazing and they went over and beyond to help organise everything..they even left a birthday present for my boyfriend..we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and if we ever go back we will definitely stay there again.. I would 100% recommend this place.!

The house is spacious, clean, well equipped, situated right on the Kerlan beach, the owner is super attentive and caring. He provided me with drinking water, sweet papayas, offered bus card, arranged a taxi and was ready to assist with any question that I had.
