His friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I liked everything in Benser Hotel. especially the staff Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hatem was so professional, and he went the extra miles to make sure I got everything I needed while staying in the hotel. The staff made sure the breakfast was ready on time and made sure everything was there . I am so happy about the customer service I received from the morning staff and the evening staff. The cleaning staff never missed a day , and they were very nice. This is the best hotel if you want to stay in Istanbul and so near to Sultan Ahmed ( the Blue Mosque and Hajia Sofia Mosque. For the price, services, and cleanliness of this hotel, I will say it's a catch 😉. Thank you, Hatem, for everything 🙏
