Situated in the heart of the Istanbul, its location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the vibrant streets and historic landmarks. Despite its prime location, the price was surprisingly affordable, offering excellent value for money. What truly set this hotel apart was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly Omar. His friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a personal touch to my experience, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. You'll find everything you need for a memorable stay, from the unbeatable location to the exceptional service. I liked everything in Benser Hotel. especially the staff Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hatem was so professional, and he went the extra miles to make sure I got everything I needed while staying in the hotel. The staff made sure the breakfast was ready on time and made sure everything was there . I am so happy about the customer service I received from the morning staff and the evening staff. The cleaning staff never missed a day , and they were very nice. This is the best hotel if you want to stay in Istanbul and so near to Sultan Ahmed ( the Blue Mosque and Hajia Sofia Mosque. For the price, services, and cleanliness of this hotel, I will say it's a catch 😉. Thank you, Hatem, for everything 🙏
